Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following methods of payment:

Paypal
Firstly, you have the option to pay via PayPal, where on confirming your basket you will be able to pay by Credit Card or login and pay via your PayPal Account. PayPal will process your payment securely via their secure encrypted server.

Pay by Credit/Debit Card over the telephone (01392 883003)
Place your order online, where you will see a confirmation of your order (as well as being entered into our own systems) and call the number displayed to pay for your goods.

Finally, you can pay by Pound Sterling cheques (allow up to 7 days for cheques to clear). Please make cheques payable to 'Polka Dot Cottage'. Please call (01392 883003) or email us to place your order.

Our offices will be closed from 12noon on Friday 23rd December 2011 until Friday 30th December 2011

Delivery is free for all UK mainland orders over £50- this will be on a standard (3-5 working day service). If customers wish to upgrade they can select either UK Express or UK next working day.

For orders under £50 UK mainland customers have the following options:

Standard delivery: £3.95 (3-5 working days)
UK Express delivery: £4.95 (2 Working days)
UK Next working day: £6.95
(Please note the above services are based on orders being place before 3.00pm)

For customers outside of the UK the following prices will apply:

Channel Islands(Jersey and Guernsey) Up to 30 kg: £8.95
Europe Zone 1 up to 30kg: £12.95 (This includes Republic of Ireland, Belgium, Luxembourg, Denmark Netherlands, France, Germany & Monaco).
Europe Zone 2 up to 30kg: £22.95 (This includes Corsica, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Greece, Azores, Balearic Islands, Madeira, Sardinia, Sicily)
Europe Zone 3 up to 30kg: £29.95 (This includes Austria, Czech Republic, Finland, Hungary, Lithuania, Norway, Poland, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Switzerland, Estonia, Latvia, Malta, Romania, Turkey, Bulgaria, Canary Islands, Gibraltar, Andorra, Vatican City State).

For deliveries to countries not stated please email us for a price.

Customer Returns Policy

We hope that your order will be just what you wanted.

Any problems - please email us at sales@polkadotcottage.co.uk or call us on: 01392 883003 within seven working days.

Should the goods be defective, damaged or not as specified on your Order, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us provided the goods are in the original packaging and in perfect condition with no damage.

We would recommend that you use Recorded Delivery, as proof of shipping is not proof of receipt.

If the goods are faulty - the postage costs will be refunded by us.
